Damaged Items

If you receive any damaged items due to shipping or handling, please report them within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a claim, email us at info@hazehookah.ca with your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
A member of our support team will contact you by email or phone to assist with the return process. Each claim will be reviewed carefully, and a case will be opened for investigation. Once the review is complete, you will be notified of the outcome based on the investigator’s findings.

At Haze Hookah, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to make things right.

Restocking Policy

Any unused and undamaged product returned within 48 hours of receipt is eligible for a refund. Please note, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date and within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Shipping

Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
